Day delegate rates
Our rates include:
- Professional pre-event coordination by our dedicated conference team
- Main meeting room hire from 9am-5pm
- Arrival, morning and afternoon refreshments, including a selection of hot drinks and biscuits, mini cakes and fruits, as well as plant based milk alternatives, served in our dedicated refreshment spaces with stunning views of our garden
- Three course hot or cold buffet lunch served in the dining room (includes vegan and sustainable options)
- Standard audio visual equipment (data projector and screen), initial AV set-up and on-call AV support
- Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi
- Use of free water stations across our buildings
- Complimentary parking (up to 100 car parking spaces at Egrove Park only)
We have a simple pricing model with all-inclusive delegate rates, which now include vegan packages.

Short meetings
We can now offer our small seminar rooms in the beautiful Thatcher Business Education Centre (TBEC) building by the hour (two hours max). The venue is adjacent to the train station and in the heart of the city centre.
£50 per hour (ex VAT).
Based on a maximum of two hours per meeting, select rooms only. This offer is subject to availability.
Refreshments can be included at an additional charge.
Additional catering options
Tea/coffee options and lunch can be upgraded for an additional charge. Drinks receptions, canapés and BBQ dinners can also be arranged for an additional charge.
Additional audio visual (AV) options
Our audio-visual production team can provide a wide range of equipment and filming options. They can also offer hybrid solutions so your event can combine both in-person and virtual experiences. Some options may incur an additional charge, please ask us for further details.
