We can provide a wide range of audio-visual equipment, filming options, as well as hybrid solutions so events can combine both in-person and virtual experiences. 

All lecture theatres feature user-friendly touch panel controls allowing dual-screen projection along with radio microphones and interactive podiums.

We can also video-record or live-stream your meeting.

AV Services are provided Monday-Friday 7.30am-7.30pm.

We recommend a technician is booked for all events with AV requirements.

Please note weekends incur a supplementary charge for a technician (£350 +VAT for a full day and £175 +VAT for a half-day).
