Intesa Sanpaolo case study
Intesa Sanpaolo, one the Eurozone’s largest banking institutions, is an important strategic partner of the School, supporting our efforts to attain gender equality and academic excellence.
Intesa Sanpaolo provides a scholarship for exceptional female MBA candidates. In addition to receiving a full scholarship for course fees, the student also receives a stipend for living expenses while she completes her degree.
Additionally, the bank also supports the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation, a cross-disciplinary research centre housed at Saïd Business School. Their support includes funding the Intesa Sanpaulo Research Fellow, who studies human rights obligations of businesses, corporate moral agency, the ethics of corporate communications, and moral learning in organisations on behalf of the Centre.
The relationship between Intesa Sanpaolo and Saïd Business School continues to be an enriching partnership for the bank, the School, and our students. In addition to these contributions to our world-class research, and our institutional commitment to increasing the number of women enrolled in our academic programmes, we are proud to have a lecture theatre named in the bank’s honour at our Park End Street Campus.
