EY case study

EY has been a consistent supporter of the School by funding scholarships, supporting research, and engaging in continuous learning through their EY Future Partner Development Programme.

Currently, EY representatives serve on the Advisory Council of The Ownership Project at Oxford Saïd, contribute as partners for the Oxford Future of Real Estate Initiative, and frequently present to students, faculty and staff on the key innovations in the field of professional services. Their engagement provides both the critical resources to advance the world’s leading research, as well as key insights and strategic vision to ensure that the School’s faculty, students, and researchers remain relevant to the needs of the growing global market.

As members of the Oxford Foundry Advisory Board, EY is able to help support the next generation of entrepreneurial leaders by fostering partnerships between founders and funders, and building sustainable networks for future growth. EY have been intimately involved in the Oxford Foundry since its opening in 2017, and add tremendous value to the growing community.

Through their EY Future Partner Development Programme, the firm is able to receive bespoke training for their future Partners in the UK and Ireland from Oxford Saïd’s award-winning faculty. The five three-day modules provide emerging leaders at EY the opportunity to garner leadership skills as well as increasing their understanding of the company’s broader work outside of their specific technical expertise. This programme has been received with stellar reviews and remains one of the best examples of how corporate organizations can utilize the expertise at the School for continuous learning and executive training.

FPDP has been the best course that I have been on in my career. The skills I have learned are invaluable and I have already started using them. The client conversation skills I have developed have helped me with a £2m client win.
