Talent development

The Inspiring Women skills development programme is open to all students at Saïd Business School.

Both men and women are welcome to join the sessions, which focus on issues of interest to women seeking to build confidence and leadership potential. Sessions cover negotiation, networking, confidence for success, work-life balance, understanding boards, and imposter syndrome.

The programme draws on expertise from within the School – faculty and staff – and it also features outside speakers from a range of sectors.

The Oxford Women's Leadership Alliance

The 2019-2020 Oxford Women in Leadership Alliance exists to create an atmosphere of inclusivity, partnership, and allyship around the women of the Saïd Business School. Through meaningful discussions and informative events, we work to challenge conventional conceptions of women in business, and further cultivate the next generation of thought leaders and role models.
