Valerie Keller is Co-Founder and CEO of Imagine, a newly created B Corp focused on driving transformational change at leadership and business level to achieve humanity’s Global Goals.
Co-founded with Paul Polman and Jeff Seabright, Imagine helps key leaders use their power for good, working with C-suites across industry sectors to create coalitions that drive transformative action delivering the Global Goals.
Prior to Imagine, Valerie founded Beacon Institute to redefine 21st century business with executives and entrepreneurs pioneering conscious capitalism. As Global Markets Executive Director at EY, she designed ‘Purpose-Led Transformation’ to help corporations transforming from short-term profit maximisation machines to multi-stakeholder responsible business. She has advised US Congressional Committees and facilitated public-private partnerships across businesses, government agencies and NGOs.
Early in her career Valerie left banking to work on the front-lines of poverty alleviation in the Southern US serving as CEO of a network of homeless shelters, healthcare facilities and housing developments. She founded Veritas, scaling social enterprises and impact films, and co-led two US coalitions advancing housing reform.
At Saïd Business School, Valerie designs and directs executive education experiences for Oxford and the World Economic Forum.
She is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and serves on the Harvard Kennedy School Women’s Leadership Board. She holds an MBA with Distinction Honours from the University of Oxford.
