Tram Anh Nguyen

Tram Anh, passionate entrepreneur, she is the co-founder of CFTE, one of the fastest-growing knowledge platforms in Fintech and in Digital Finance for professionals to up-skill in a rapidly changing industry transformed by emerging technologies.

Tram Anh firmly believes that in a world dominated by technology, people must remain at the centre of society and organisations, and that education and training are key to helping individuals adapt and thrive within our fast paced world, in particular the rapidly developing AI world. This was the motivation that drove her to launch CFTE.

She works tirelessly with governments, policy makers, industry experts, academia to push initiatives in financial education for Finance 2.0. She followed her passion to bring about a skills revolution in finance to not only transform the industry, but to help a multitude of  stakeholders like women and people from different backgrounds and walks of life to enter the new world of finance. She encourages upskilling and lifelong learning and providing more opportunities to professionals in finance, and also more importantly making finance more inclusive and diverse.

She was recently recognized among ‘Women in Payments Advocate for Women 2021 EMEA Awards’ and ‘Top 100 Women in Fintech’ by 100Women in Finance list in 2020. Ambassador for the Singapore Fintech Festival in 2020, London's top Women in Fintech 2019 by Business Insider. Top100 Asians in UK Tech 2019.

Prior to co-founding CFTE, She has navigated between the corporate and entrepreneurial world. She has a diverse background in finance with many years of experience having worked in trading, institutional sales and private banking for major financial institutions such as Standard Chartered in New York, Dresdner Kleinwort and UBS. Board Member, Advisor, Mentor, Judge for the industry. Industry Fellow at Imperial College.

Of Vietnamese origin, Tram Anh was born in France and lived in Paris, New York and now is based in London, she provides a great understanding of both Asian and Western cultures and is always keen to bring the best of them together.
