Tania works on topics of gender and diversity in organisations, postcolonial studies, critical, and institutional theory.
For her doctoral dissertation, she is doing a qualitative study with private schools in New Delhi, India. The larger questions guiding her research program are: How is diversity managed by those it affects? How does it shape, and is shaped by the individuals and organisations managing it? Her research focus involves studying resistance, interactions, and hierarchies.
Tania's work is supervised by Professor Linda Scott. She is a member of Green Templeton College and her doctoral studies are generously supported by the Saϊd Business School and Saϊd Business School Foundation.
