Profile

As an associate fellow, Sarah focuses on leadership in professional services firms. She designs, directs and teaches on award-winning, bespoke leadership programmes for major clients, including global elite law firms.

This has included work for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, Hogan Lovells, and Appleby Global. She is a leadership coach on the High Performance Leadership Programme and the Women Transforming Leadership Programme.

As a founder of Martin & Levin, she also works with other leading professional services firms, including Allen & Overy, Bird & Bird, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, DLA Piper, Egon Zehnder, KPMG, Norton Rose Fulbright and Skadden Arps.

Sarah is also a member of the faculty of Meyler Campbell, a centre of expertise for training leadership coaches and she is accredited by the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.

Sarah is a Sloan Fellow, with an MSc in Leadership from London Business School and a distinction for her work on unconscious bias.

Previously Sarah was Senior Counsel in the Chairman’s office at BP plc and Group Legal Adviser at David S Smith plc, having started her career as a corporate lawyer at Allen & Overy in London and Loeb & Loeb in Los Angeles.

Sarah has a practical approach based on a blend of emotional intelligence and her deep understanding of professionals and their firms.
