Roger Howgego's career in investment banking covered 27 years in the capital markets business, concluding as Managing Director on the Management Committee of FICC at Lehman Brothers in 2000.

Additionally he was Head of Campus recruitment for all business areas across Europe hiring some 300 heads in his final year from major universities and business schools worldwide.

He now runs his own consulting practice, focused on the Financial Services Industry, offering a fully comprehensive career coaching service from postgraduate to senior executive level.  His clients include London Business School, Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Cambridge Judge Business School and HULT Business School.

He also participates in 'Action Learning' projects for major financial institutions in the City.

On a pro-bono basis Roger is on the Local Advisory Board for the local Career Ready Organisation, helping aspirational young people on vocational courses find the most appropriate career path.
