Profile

Louise is a learning and development professional with over 20 years' experience in programme design, delivery and leadership coaching.

In the education sector, she has supported system-change at scale, having delivering multiple cohorts of leadership programmes for over 500 further education CEOs, principals and high potential leaders.

In her former role as head of Public Value Custom Programmes at Saïd Business School, she was responsible for programmes for a wide range of government, public sector, third sector and private sector clients.

As a coach, she supports leaders from around the world making transitions in their roles and has worked on the Executive MBA, Advanced Leadership and Management Programme, and Women Transforming Leadership Programmes at Oxford Saïd.

Louise is a subject-matter specialist in reflective practice and regularly delivers sessions which help executives create the space to think, reflect and prioritise their own growth and development. She incorporates her understanding of the arts into her work, with a PhD in English literature from Cambridge University and a Diploma in Creative Writing from the University of Oxford.

Louise studied coaching at Henley (University of Reading) has a qualification in Counselling Skills (CPCAB).  She is qualified in a range of psychometric instruments, including Hogan HPI, HDS, and MVPI and NEO-PI.
