Louise Croft

The Executive Education portfolio comprises programmes delivered in Oxford, around the world and in online and blended formats.

Louise leads our Executive Education professional services team who are responsible for the entire customer lifecycle - from new product innovation, marketing and sales through to learning design and delivery. The team works in close partnership with our faculty and extended learning community to draw on our thought leadership and unique Oxford experience to deliver impactful learning at scale.

Louise has over 25 years of experience within the learning and EdTech sectors and a track record of senior commercial leadership roles in Research Machines plc, QA Learning and London Business School.

As a consultant, she has led many client-facing, commercial teams and high-value partnerships to success, through strategic relationship-building, commercial focus and relentless commitment to customer success. She is passionate about the connection between learning and organisational performance and designing the highest quality learner experience to support this process.
