At the School Leasil is the programme director for the Women Transforming Leadership Programme and Orchestrating Major Projects, a leadership programme for senior UK civil servants leading large-scale programmes. She teaches on a range of leadership aspects on a variety of customer programmes, including the Major Projects Leadership Academy.

Leasil is the founder and Executive Director of a coaching company, specialising in leadership development, transformation, team dynamics and personal branding. She works with clients from a variety of industries in the UK and overseas. Leasil also sits on the Board of Trustees for the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists.

Leasil has enjoyed a broad-ranging career, with a highly successful track record in setting strategy, then leading and delivering strategic and transformational change programmes. She is an experienced senior leader with strategic and commercial leadership expertise spanning 20 years in a global FTSE 100 telecommunications and service organisation. She has also held legal and commercial roles in the oil and gas, telecommunications and public sectors, leading large and diverse teams.

Leasil holds a degree in law from the University of Central Lancashire and a Master of Science in Major Programmes from the University of Oxford. She is also a graduate associate of the University of Michigan and has studied behavioural economics at Harvard Business School and Neuroscience for Business at MIT. She is registered with the British Psychological Society and is accredited in a variety of psychometric instruments.
