Katherine founded Sysdoc, a global service provider delivering transformational change, simplification and efficiency programmes.
The company specialises in transformation leadership, change management, business process engineering, blended training and knowledge management.
Katherine is a visionary leader, with contagious entrepreneurial energy and a successful track record in programme delivery. Her unique leadership style motivates and inspires teams to deliver complex change. Katherine has a rare combination of commercial aviation, IT and sociolinguistic skills, enabling her to assess challenges from multiple angles to deliver firm and swift resolution.
Katherine has won numerous awards, such as 'UK New Zealander of the Year', 'Entrepreneur of the Year' (EY) and 'Business Woman of the Year' (Next Aveeno).
Sysdoc has also been named in the top 30 employers A-Z list for Working for Families (2015 and 2010), won the Agile Organisation Award (Opportunity Now, 2010) and been shortlisted as the Most Innovative Firm in the UK Management Consulting Association Awards (2010).
Katherine holds a Certificate and Diploma in Company Direction (UK Institute of Directors), is a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and a trained commercial pilot and flight instructor.
She is also a judge for the European Business Awards and an international judge for the New Zealand HiTech Awards.
