Graham Barkus is an independent practitioner in organisation and leadership effectiveness.
His approach draws from complexity science, organisational psychodynamics and interpersonal neurobiology to improve the interpersonal impact and effectiveness of individuals and teams leading transformational change.
From his base in Hong Kong, Graham's 30 years' experience has spanned employment and consultancy roles to clients across a broad spectrum of public and private sector organisations. Graham's experience encompasses many different industries, including banking and finance, insurance, aviation, logistics, healthcare, real estate development, and fast-moving consumer goods. He has deep experience and exposure across Asia and now also frequently accepts assignments in the UK, Europe and the US.
Graham holds postgraduate degrees with distinctions in linguistics (Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand); clinical organisational psychology (INSEAD, France); and strategy and innovation (University of Oxford), and a Master of Laws in Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the University of Hong Kong.
