Fang Li is a Career Development Fellow in Accounting at Saïd Business School.
Fang’s research interests lie primarily in the area of corporate governance, with a focus on institutional investors and shareholder activism.
Her research seeks to understand the role of shareholder activists in influencing managerial decisions and the effect of this influence on shareholder wealth. In her current work, she explores the role of governance by activist investors in corporate restructuring activities.
Prior to joining Saïd Business School, Fang received her PhD in Accounting and Control from IESE Business School. She is an Academic Member of European Corporate Governance Institute (ECGI).
Teaching
Fang teaches financial reporting course in the undergraduate program.
