Profile

Billal is the Head of Strategy and Business Development within Citi’s global wealth banking and lending business.

He has been at Citi for 13 years in various product and relationship management roles. He assisted in building Citi’s fund finance business in Europe.

Billal is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder, a senior credit officer for Citi and holds a first-class degree from Imperial College London. In addition to his role at Citi, Billal sits on the European Executive Committee of the Fund Finance Association.
