Bettina has more than 18 years of experience in the higher education industry, focused on business and programme development and international relations. Prior to joining Saïd Business School, she was the Director of Executive MBA Programmes at Mannheim Business School at the University of Mannheim/Germany. As Head of Department and a member of the leadership team, she was responsible for continuous development and expansion of the EMBA, creating a portfolio of three different EMBA programmes; two of them in cooperation with business schools in France and China. Being with the company since its foundation in 2005, she was actively involved in the start-up phase, setting-up the administration and infrastructure, growing the business and the organisation since. She had cross-functional responsibility for accreditations, adjunct faculty and incoming residencies.

She started her career in the industry, before joining the University of Mannheim, as Assistant to the Dean for International Relations at the Business School. 

Bettina holds a Master of Business Administration with a minor in French from the University of Mannheim. During her studies, she spent one year at EM Grenoble/France. She is a member of the Executive MBA Council’s (EMBAC) Board of Trustees.
