Ali specialises in leadership development through classroom learning, group facilitation, and individual and team executive coaching.

She is a global keynote speaker on the topic of generational diversity and has delivered training on this topic to more than 20 international elite law firms, banks and professional services firms. 

Along with supporting partners and senior executives in some of the world’s largest and most successful professional services firms, Ali also spends her time guiding young and successful entrepreneurs to build engaged and aligned organisations. She teaches leaders how to create the conditions for colleagues to thrive in high-performance environments. Ali has spent thousands of hours in one-to-one coaching sessions.

Previously, Ali spent ten years practising labour and employment law in the US. Ali holds a BA from the University of California, Santa Cruz; a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts; an MA from City University in London; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership from Saïd Business School.

She is an accredited senior practitioner coach through the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
