Profile
Aileen works with Custom Executive Education clients to collaboratively design, deliver and evaluate high-impact learning and development interventions. She specialises in helping organisations to be more agile by enabling leadership at every level and individuals to successfully navigate career transitions.
Her leadership development practice began with a curiosity to understand why change can be so disruptive and how effective leadership can make it more successful. Aileen’s interest in teaching led her to explore the process of learning, and focus on designing interventions that make an impact with individuals and organisations.
Aileen began her career as an aerospace engineer and project manager and therefore has a natural affinity with manufacturing organisations. However, over the past 20 years she has worked with global clients across a range of industry sectors, including automotive, packaging, logistics, aerospace and transport.
Aileen has won a National Training award for leadership development and continues to explore innovative design and delivery mechanisms that deliver impact.
She has a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from City, University of London, a Diploma in Business Administration, a Diploma in Coaching and is accredited in the Hay ‘Emotional and Social Competency Inventory’, based on Daniel Goleman’s work on emotional intelligence. Aileen also has a Masters in Post-Compulsory Education from the University of Warwick.
