We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our busy Development office as Stewardship and Development Officer. This is a key role in the team and a great opportunity to work on several important and high profile projects.

The Development team at Oxford Saïd work with senior academics and donors to fundraise for academic projects, scholarships, capital projects and entrepreneurship; the fundraisers spend much of their time out of the office initiating and maintaining important internal and external relationships. The Stewardship and Development Officer’s role will include implementation of stewardship activity, database updates, drafting of correspondence, financial administration and invoicing, event management, prospect research, pipeline tracking and general administrative duties. You will be in contact with a broad range of people at all levels and represent the school externally.

To be considered at shortlisting you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ideally with fundraising or event experience. You should have previous data management experience, with the ability to collate, report and present information to a high standard to a variety of stakeholders, and an ability to drive the completion of multiple projects simultaneously.
