Grade 8: £41,526 - £49,553 (with a discretionary range to £54,131) pa

Due to the continued growth of our international portfolio we are seeking a customer and relationship focused individual to join our brilliant Custom Executive Education team.

As Senior Client Manager the post holder will have key responsibility for managing the relationships and delivery of programmes with a portfolio of existing clients & partners, with specific targets aligned to the growth of these client accounts. You will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships at an operational and strategic level, with support from the Associate Director.

The post-holder will effectively be a ‘relationship manager,’ responsible for a portfolio of clients & partners and for leading project delivery teams - managing the effective operational planning of the programme delivery - resulting in positive and enriched client relationships where expectations are exceeded, side-by-side with achieving agreed profit levels for the School. This includes creation and management of the project plan, planning and chairing key stakeholder meetings, management oversight of all logistics, implementation, management and tracking of all budgets and oversight of programme delivery planning. They will ensure that contracts are in place with their clients and raise Purchase Orders/Work Orders against agreed budgets; they will take primary responsibility for ensuring expenditure is within budget and that the School’s interests are protected.

Every programme is subjected to formal evaluation by the individual participants and the client organisation, client satisfaction is a crucial element of the role on which the School’s reputation depends and is a top priority for the post holder.

To be considered at shortlisting you must be able to demonstrate; a proven track record in a Business Development or Account Management/Development role within a complex and prestigious organisation, working in a global context, and in partnership with clients to grow the accounts; experience of planning, managing and tracking multiple projects to meet tight deadlines, without compromising quality and a focus on excellent customer service; experience of managing budgets; in particular, experience of building cost elements on projects and tracking actual expenditure against a budget and previous line management experience.
