We are looking to appoint a Salesforce CRM Administrator with great communication skills who can support the on-going development of Salesforce into the business and champion its use across the School.

Based in the Corporate Marketing team, you will work closely with colleagues in IT, programme services, and various teams across the school to support, promote and exploit the use of Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to enable its operation and strategic performance to be measured. You will be the go-to point for CRM support, and take ownership and accountability of key daily Salesforce administration, troubleshooting and tasks. You will actively participate in system testing and the roll out of system configuration changes and enhancements, and produce documentation and lead in end user training and system adoption sessions.

To be considered at shortlisting you will have experience in managing and administering CRM systems, or database systems with some complexity. You will be comfortable and experienced analysing and manipulating large amounts of complex data with a focus on continuous improvement. You will also be an excellent communicator able to influence and persuade senior stakeholders across multiple business units.

You will ideally have appropriate certification(s) and/or experience of Salesforce including administration, configuration and customisation, however this role is suitable for individuals who want to develop these skills but may lack formal Salesforce certification at the time of application.
