Researcher - Organisational Resilience (TOPOS)

Grade 7: £32,236 per annum

Fixed-term for 12 months

Applications are invited for the position of ‘Researcher – Organisational Resilience (TOPOS)’ at Saïd Business School, led by Dr Eleanor Murray, Fellow in Management Practice, and funded by the University of Oxford John Fell Fund.

Reporting to the Principal Investigator, Dr Eleanor Murray, the post holder will manage research projects on organisational resilience research focused in a range of sectors within a larger research programme of research work on systems change and resilience. The research programme aims to explore the factors that contribute to organisational resilience, through in-depth qualitative research and quantitative research, including the development of a resilience questionnaire and surveys across different sectors in the UK and internationally. 

To be considered for this role you must hold, or be close to completion, of a PhD/Phil in Organisational Studies, or a related discipline, together with relevant experience. The post holder must also possess sufficient specialist knowledge in organisational studies or a related discipline to work within established research programmes and have the ability and experience of managing your own academic research and associated activities.
