The University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School seeks a Recruitment Manager to join the Executive Degrees team. The Recruitment Manager is part of a team responsible for providing a strong pipeline of applicants for programmes and ensures that alumni remain connected with the School.
In this role you will focus on recruiting high-calibre applicants for executive degree and diploma programmes, preparing and overseeing business plans for programmes, and presenting the work of the Department to external audiences. You will work with corporate sponsors and develop relationships which support recruitment and help to grow the portfolio. You will oversee the recruitment activities of a cross functional team, including admissions, marketing and business development staff, and will maintain excellent working relationships with faculty, programme directors and administrators at the School.
The Recruitment Manager is expected to procure and oversee the delivery of an income of at least £2.5 million per annum by recruiting high calibre applicants into these programmes. You will be required to build and maintain excellent relationships with senior professionals and thrive in a target-led environment.
The ideal candidate should have experience of business development within a business school or recruitment environment. You will be able to work closely with colleagues across multiple departments, translating the complex elements of Oxford executive qualifications to audiences worldwide, to achieve recruitment targets within specified timelines and to budget. You will also be able to work independently, and to design innovative opportunities in order to attract high-quality students to the School. The ability to multi-task and a proactive and flexible approach is essential as part of this position will include travelling internationally to attend events and client visits.
