We are looking for a talented Programme Manager to join our School's Student and Programme Services team based at Park End Street. In this role you will be responsible for delivery of one or more of the School’s full-time degree programmes.

Working closely with a broad set of people across the School and wider University, you will deliver an excellent, coordinated service that supports the student journey, meets the evolving needs of the School, and exceeds expectations. You will deliver support across a wide brief, which includes planning and timetabling of all lectures/classes/tutorials and academic assessments, programme logistics for teaching modules, organising events, faculty liaison, student-facing services including advising and guiding students on all programme related matters. You will assist in developing and maintaining improvements to current working methods; collating, analysing and reporting on programme evaluation data.

This is a responsible, demanding and pivotal role requiring the postholder to be an extremely organised individual, with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You will take ownership of complex, concurrent projects and events with responsibility for the budget, project planning and promotion/communication.

To be considered at shortlisting you should have programme, event and/or project management experience, with evidence of successful programme/projects coordination and of working effectively with clients/students, from inception to delivery. You will have experience of managing, reviewing and producing reports on data and show a high level of attention to detail. You will also need to demonstrate initiative, confidentiality and a good team ethic, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
