We are recruiting an Executive Degrees Programme Administrator to support the growth in Oxford Saïd’s part-time degrees which includes the Executive MBA, Masters in Major Programme Management, and five Diploma programmes.

The Programme Administrator plays a crucial role in the success of each programme as their performance in this role impacts the overall experience of the students. One of the key requirements for this post is the ability to resolve issues in a timely way which is sensitive both to student needs and University requirements. Possessing the ability to stay calm under pressure, you will demonstrate initiative and possess excellent organisational skills. You are required to work closely with a range of key stakeholders, including faculty, students and support staff to ensure the professional delivery of the Programmes and to provide an exceptional level of service.

In this role you will be required to champion the programmes to a wide range of audiences. This includes maintaining positive relationships with multinational and highly articulate students and a range of internal and external stakeholders. You will need to be flexible in adapting to the particular requirements of the programme and its Programme Director. Providing Programme support at evenings and weekends will be required from time to time, and there may be opportunities for international travel.
