Saïd Business School is seeking to appoint a Programme Administrator to provide administrative support to the delivery of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses programme. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, with good attention to detail and excellent organisational and communication skills.
The Programme Administrator will play a key role in the success of the Goldman Sachs Programme and directly impact the overall experience of the participants. The Programme Administrator is responsible for managing implementation of all logistics for the programme’s activities and will provide support for the recruitment and selection process, including processing applications, arranging interviews, liaising with the selection committee and dealing with confidential applicant data.
A major requirement of this posts is the ability to work accurately and to strict time constraints in a complex environment. The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator who is able to stay calm under pressure and possess excellent organisational skills. You will be required to work closely with colleagues, including Faculty and support staff, in ensuring the smooth running of the Programme, so it is vital that you are able to work well as part of a team. Some experience of Salesforce or another CRM system would be advantageous.
This is a fixed-term post to 31 December 2019.
