Part-time Administrative Assistant (2 posts)

Grade 4: £22,017 - £25,482 p.a. (pro rata)

An opportunity has arisen for two part-time Administrative Assistants (18 hours per week) to provide diary management, pro-active assistance and administrative support to the Director of HR and Marketing and Communications. Please note that one post will be working in our HR Department, and the other will join our Marketing and Communications Department.

You will work closely with Directors of each Department, acting as first point of contact and managing a range of enquires, including responding to and prioritising email and telephone calls and managing calendar commitments. You will help with preparing meeting agendas, organising meetings and will assist with financial matters including raising Purchase Orders. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining effective administrative process.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of effective administration. You should be a self-starter, with the ability to know when to use your initiative and when to seek advice, and have strong organisation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels, are also essential.
