2 year fixed term contract
We are looking for a Marketing Manager for our online portfolio to join us on a 2 year fixed term contract. This is a new post and will be based at Egrove Park, Kennington and Park End Street, Oxford within our highly successful Open Programmes team.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing - Open Programmes, the post holder will both develop participant recruitment plans and will be responsible for their implementation, aided by the Marketing Executive. Close collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders will be required to devise and implement differentiated marketing strategies and annual tactical plans, utilising the entire marketing mix, with particular emphasis on digital marketing that will attract an internationally diverse cohort of high calibre individuals, raise the School’s profile and reputation and contribute to the delivery of participant acquisition targets though strong lead generation and conversion activities.
To be considered at shortlisting you must be able to demonstrate experience of using marketing automation and social media software, and a clear awareness of the marketing campaign options presented with the integration of CRM and marketing automation. You will have proven experience of developing, planning, implementing and evaluating effective integrated marketing campaigns, utilising all channels, including digital and social media marketing and knowledge of Social Media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and the opportunities they create. You will also have line management experience.
