Grade 7: £32,236 - £39,609 with discretionary range to £43,267 p.a.

Reporting to one of our Senior IT Project Managers, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of IT projects. Working closely with other departments, you will be responsible for co-ordinating many technology components and services to meet the needs of the School. As IT Project Manager, you will plan and manage the migration to new technologies, supporting and advising end-users in the transition process and business adoption. You will be joining a team that has an ambitious and fully supported IT Development Agenda. You will assist in evaluating new project proposals that need to be reviewed against the current priorities and the School’s core business strategy.
To be considered at shortlisting you will have excellent IT skills as well as previous experience of delivering varied, technology-based projects on time, within budget and in accordance with end user expectations on Web, Open Source, Application and Server based technologies. In this role you will have responsibility for IT projects that impact across the business and you must have excellent communication skills, including a high standard of written and spoken English, with proven experience of managing a range of projects with a diverse user base in a complex organisation.
