Saïd Business School is seeking to recruit an apprentice to join our HR Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy, friendly and supportive team and to gain practical experience and training.

In this role you will develop full knowledge of the HR life cycle, from day one to the last day. You will cover payroll and induction, reward and recognition, employee relations and engagement. You will learn to provide advice on procedures and policies covering a range of issues such as employee welfare, maternity/paternity and absence management.

The apprenticeship includes an initial 18-month training programme that will cover all aspects of the role and will be delivered through in-house training, as well as day-release or other distance learning methods delivered by Abingdon and Witney College. You will complete a HR Apprenticeship and will gain a CIPD level 3 qualification.

College attendance and successful completion of these studies is an essential requirement of this apprenticeship.

You should be educated to GCSE standard (English and Maths grade 4 or above) or equivalent. The position involves demonstrating strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopting a proactive approach to developing your skills. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has an interest in HR, and is happy working within a team environment.
