Grade 8: £41,526 - £49,553 with a discretionary range to £54,131 pa.
We are looking to appoint a highly effective and experienced HR Manager to support and manage the HR Operations team at Oxford Saïd.
The HR Team at Oxford Saïd prides itself on providing a professional HR service throughout the employee lifecycle to all of the School’s c400 ‘Administration’ staff. Reporting to the HR Director, Oxford Saïd, this senior role is a pivotal member of the Oxford Saïd HR team and leads the HR Operations Team, which currently consists of three HR Partners and one HR Apprentice. The HR Manager will partner with the senior leaders across the school and provide advice, guidance, expertise and support with all post-day 1 HR processes. In addition, the postholder will deputise for the HR Director and provide expert advice and support in the more complex employee relations cases in the school.
To be considered at shortlisting you must be able to provide demonstrable experience working as an HR professional in a complex organisation. You will ideally be qualified to CIPD postgraduate level or equivalent and be an outstanding communicator. You must also be able to demonstrate extensive people management experience, including inspiring and empowering a team of professional staff. Experience of HRIS systems would be advantageous alongside competent use of a variety of both HR and non-HR related software.
