Grade 9: £47,263 - £54,765 with a discretionary range to £59,828 p.a.
Saïd Business School is looking to recruit a new Head of Web Development and Digital Learning to support the CIO in leading the management, development, support and delivery of the School’s websites, digital platforms and learning technologies.
The School’s IT Department provides technology, services, skill and resources fitting for a business school operating in the top schools globally, as well as innovation and cutting-edge IT solutions to enhance the School’s competitive position across the spectrum of its work.
You will foster and maintain excellent working relationships with senior stakeholders within the School to ensure a shared understanding of strategic needs, development project demands and technology-enabled business and learning opportunities.
You will support in the strategic direction of the School’s increasing portfolio of web, digital and learning platforms, being responsible for the successful delivery of a range of activities including websites, online tools, learning technologies and mobile App developments. This will involve maintaining a budgeted, flexible and viable programme of activities which aligns to the strategic goals, resources and budgets of the School and meets the School’s future needs.
To be considered at shortlisting, you will have proven experience in managing and delivering a successful programme of web, digital and learning activities at a senior level in a complex organisation, ideally in an educational and e-learning environment. You should be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of delivery with significant and positive business outcomes, have excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to develop productive working relationships while engendering trust and confidence, and have experience of working with PRINCE2, Agile and other major project management and delivery methodologies.
