We are recruiting for an experienced Commercial Bid Manager.

This will be an exciting opportunity for you to be responsible for the management of the entire bid process. You will ensure all timelines are met and that the bid submitted is as complete and accurate as possible, whilst also best reflecting Custom Executive Education’s (CEE) services and abilities.

You will be responsible for the quality of all aspects of the bid, including written documentation and presentations and ensure all bid documentation is clear, concise and crucially, compelling. You will source and co-ordinate design input to ensure the visual standard of all documentation and presentation material is first class and eye-catching.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Have a willingness to experiment with a variety of traditional and new technologies to create proposals and other related documents.
  • Demonstrable experience of managing complex bid, procurement led or similar tasks along with a proven track record of success in a business development role at a senior level, with demonstrated ability to identify, establish and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Be commercially astute, experienced at creating commercial budgets and familiar with general commercial contract terms and conditions.
  • To understand contract and governance processes or a willingness in this area to learn.
