We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the pivotal role of Client and Market Director, leading our commercial relationships and accelerating our growth within the global market.
Some of the responsibilities:
- Leading a dedicated team of sales and relationship professionals in designing and implementing growth strategies for an assigned Geo-hub.
- Developing relationships with a portfolio of existing clients worth >£1m per year and establishing new strategic relationships with desirable organisations.
- Being directly responsible for a revenue portfolio of £2m-£3m and growing it by around £1m each year.
- Directing sales of all types of executive education products, with a strong focus on highly strategic and consultative sales processes.
- Leading responses to proposal requests, working closely with internal teams to tailor learning solutions to client needs.
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members and engaging with wider University stakeholders.
- Overseeing the commercial relationship between executive education and clients, ensuring successful delivery and growth.
- Facilitating the growth of each Geo-hub from around £4m revenue in academic year 2022-23 to more than £10m by 2026-27.
