A well-organised, flexible and accurate administrator is required to join the busy Student and Programmes Services Department within Saïd Business School. The Assessment Support Administrator is responsible for providing seamless quality and delivery of the student experience across the full-time and executive degree programmes.

In this role, you will work closely with colleagues across the unit and the wider University, including the Assessment Managers and Assessment Administrators to support delivery of the School’s range of degree and diploma programmes. Duties are varied and wide-ranging and include being the first point of contact for general assessment queries, monitoring examiner reports, and supporting programme delivery as part of the unit including staffing the SPS Helpdesk, lecture theatre and attendance checks on a rota basis, ensuring that students receive a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

To be considered at shortlisting you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate with a range of stakeholders. You will have excellent IT skills; including previous experience with databases and spreadsheets. Strong attention to detail, with an ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload are pivotal to the success of this role.
