Are you an experienced Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Manager?
We are looking for an Accounts Receivable and Credit Control Manager to join our established, fast paced and experienced finance team. This post is central to the commercial success of the business school, and its subsidiary, OSBS Ltd, with circa 5,500 invoices being raised with a value of circa £70m on an annual basis. The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure sales invoices are issued on a timely, accurate basis, and to minimise the risk of bad or doubtful debt arising through effective credit control and debt management processes. You will ensure that tuition fee income reconciliations are completed as necessitated, earning the confidence of finance colleagues and budget holders alike. In addition, the postholder will manage a team of 2.2 FTE and will act as the main point of contact for the auditors on matters concerning accounts receivable and credit control queries. Additionally you will be responsible for ensuring bank transactions are accurately recorded on the financial system for OSBS Ltd.

We are therefore looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, a proven can-do attitude, a willingness to adapt and who is proactive in identifying better ways of working, including the effective implementation of technology based solutions.
To be considered at shortlisting for this role you must have previous accounts receivable and credit control experience at a team leader or management level, have worked in fast paced environments, have excellent IT skills including advanced knowledge of Excel and be solutions focussed.
