Overview

Dr Wojciech Piotrowicz joined the Saïd Business School in 2006, and in 2009 became a permanent member of the Faculty of Management. He also spent two years at the University of Canterbury as a researcher. Before moving to the UK, Wojciech was employed as a researcher and project manager at the research institute of the Polish Ministry of Infrastructure (Maritime Institute in Gdansk). He also taught at the University of Gdansk in Poland for over three years. Prior to joining academia he was a department manager at an IT company, where he was responsible for the LAN and fibre optics department.

Wojciech received a Master degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk in Poland, a doctorate in Management Studies from Brunel University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Learning and Teaching in Higher Education from the University of Oxford.

He is a member of the Oxford Institute of Retail Management and Operations Management group. In addition, Wojciech is a key contact of the Higher Education Academy at the Saïd Business School.
