Rupert Younger is the founder director of the Oxford University Centre for Corporate Reputation based at Oxford University’s Saïd Business School. The Centre, established in 2008, undertakes research and teaching into how corporations and institutions create, sustain, destroy and rebuild reputation.
Rupert is also a co-founder of the RLM Finsbury Group, the financial communications group with offices in London, New York and Brussels, and remains a consulting partner with the firm. He has twenty years of experience in financial communications, working with major UK and International companies on their financial communications, investor relations and reputation engagement programmes, and he is a specialist in international IPOs and M&A, having led many of Finsbury's major transactions.
He is a member of the Royal Company of Archers, a Council member of the Winchester College Society, a member of the Senior Common Room at Worcester College, Oxford and Chair of the Oxford University Socially Responsible Investment Review Committee.
