Research by the operations management group at Saïd Business School encompasses topics as diverse as design leadership, healthcare management, operations strategy, supply chain management, reputation management, and major programme management. This diversity is built upon a shared commitment that work in the field should be based on a broad, multi-disciplinary intellectual base.
Members of the group contribute to teaching across the school and to Executive Education programmes. We are always interested in hearing from potential DPhil students, and organisations interested in participating in our work.
Group members hold editorial positions on the Journal of Operations Management, Production and Operations Management, and Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, and have recently published in the International Journal of Operations and Production Management, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Operations Management, Journal of Service Research, and Supply Management. Their articles include best paper awards for JOM and IJOPM.
