Oxford Scenarios Programme
Welcome to the Oxford Scenarios Programme
This 5-day programme introduces participants to the Oxford Approach to Scenarios, theories and perspectives on scenarios planning and the best practices for implementation with a focus on storytelling, communication, and embedding scenarios as part of a strategy.
The Programme was originally developed by Rafael Ramirez, Kees van der Heijden and Hardin Tibbs and has been part of the Saïd Business School Executive Education Executive Education Open Programmes portfolio since 2004.
After the final day I now feel a responsibility to help my organisation make the right strategic decisions. The programme has helped me big time.
