The Selection Panel, consisting of prominent business leaders selected through the Oxford Saïd Business School alumni network, will consider nominations according to a variety of criteria demonstrated through both professional and broader societal contributions:
- Professional excellence and accomplishment
- Demonstrates strategic vision and effective implementation, at either the organisational, industry or community level
- Recognised among peers for leadership capabilities/potential and professional achievements
- Brings out the best in team members and optimises the skills and resources available to he
- Takes a values-driven approach to work and community activities.
The following women are eligible for nomination:
- Alumnae of any post-graduate degree programme offered by the Saïd Business School
- Identifies as a ‘mid-career’ or senior professional
