The programme is designed for experienced executives with a good first degree or equivalent, and at least five years’ work experience. Participants are likely to be middle or senior managers seeking to enhance their skills in the strategic arena and to operate successfully in today’s dynamic business environment including:

- Entrepreneurs and owner-managers
- Managers involved in strategy planning and implementation

Intellectual ability
A good undergraduate degree or equivalent professional qualification is required. Applicants who do not hold such qualifications may be considered if they have a very strong employment history, demonstrating their ability as a high achiever. |
Professional experience
Candidates will usually have at least five years’ professional experience and be familiar with the challenges of business strategy and organisational change. |

The programme is taught in English. |
