 Why attend?

Develop broader insight to lead in today's complex and uncertain environment

From our extensive experience of working with top leaders, it is clear that the complexity and uncertainty of the environments within which you find yourself working require you to have a broad framework of understanding, and knowledge.

The Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme will help you develop this knowledge. Through this five-day leadership development programme you will find your assumptions and beliefs challenged.

You will learn new ways to ask questions – and may leave with many more than you had when you first arrived. You will use case studies, but not in the Harvard leadership case study format.

You will return to your organisation re-energised and ready to inspire

The Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme will encourage you to explore and experiment with the best ways for you to lead your organisation, in a dynamic world.

In order to create change, to motivate others to act and to exercise good judgment under pressure, you will devlop your ablility to harness intellect, emotion and intuition. Your sensitivity to the subtleties of human nature will be evolved, and you will gain a high degree of self knowledge.
