 How do we teach negotiation?

Commerical Director, British Multinational Corporation

“I have been buzzing with ideas over the weekend and I have now started trying them out on my team. It was a great week and the speakers, lecturers and participants were all so stimulating, it felt very refreshing to think about things in a very different way. Great fun as well.”

All our executive education courses avoid rote lecturing and seek interactivity and intellectually challenging case discussions, exercises, simulations, and role-play sessions.

For us, teaching a skill is not merely talking about it; it is providing many good opportunities for participants to practice the skill and relate it to their own experiences and real-world concerns. You will learn about how research informs skill development, not by memorising theory, but by seeing the research findings replicated in classroom exercises and real-world cases. The Oxford Programme on Negotiation will teach the five key skills of negotiation in ways that will allow you to make the learning count in your job, in your career and in your life.
