The Oxford High Performance Leadership Programme brings together a distinguished faculty of leadership experts who come with strong experience from both practice and thought-leadership.
During the week you will spend a lot of time with these people - both during the daytime teaching sessions, and less formally in the evenings.
This is a fully residential programme, based at our purpose built executive education centre, and so our teaching team are on-hand throughout the entire week to provide support, and encourage your discussions.

Professor Tim Morris
Tim specialises in the leadership challenges facing those heading up organisations of professionals and has taught and written extensively on strategic change and the management of innovation.
He currently teaches on the MBA programme, and is Academic Programme Director of the Oxford Diploma in Organisational Leadership.
On the High Performance Leadership Programme Tim leads sessions covering defining leadership, culture, leading change and decision-making and reputation management.

Dr David Pendleton
David is an Associate Fellow of Saïd Business School and Chairman of the Edgecumbe Consulting Group Ltd.
He is a Chartered Psychologist who specialises in developing top teams, management of organisational change, executive coaching and in the development, design and implementation of performance management systems.
On the High Performance Leadership programme you will spend time with David as he focuses on sessions around understanding yourself as a leader, and understanding others. He is also one of the coaches for 1:1 sessions through the week.

Alison McQuater
Alison is an Associate Fellow of Saïd Business School and independent executive coach and consultant. She has worked with the Business School since 2001, teaching on a number of programmes related to strategy implementation and leadership.
On the High Perforamnce Leadership Programme her sessions include performance management and delivering results; she is also a member of the coaching team.

Dr Owen Darbishire
Owen is the Rhodes Trust University Lecturer in Management Studies. His research focuses on labour markets, and how corporations respond to pressures like new technology, increased competition and deregulation.
He teaches on the MBA, EMBA and the Oxford Diploma in Organisational Leadership.
You will meet Owen on the programme as you move towards thinking about the importance of decision-making and leadership.

Marc Ventresca
Marc is Universtity Lecturer in Management Studies (Strategy and Innovation) teaches technology, strategy and organisational theory.
He teaches on the MBA, EMBA, Oxford Diploma in Organisational Leadership and the Oxford Diploma in Strategy and Innovation.
Marc's contribution to the programme is in the area of relationships and networks.
