 Programme outline

Throughout the programme you will consider the key tasks of leadership; you will learn how these contribute to, and influence, the role you have within your organisation:

  • setting strategic direction
  • planning and organising
  • creating alignment
  • delivering results
  • team working
  • building and sustaining relationships

A three step process

The Oxford High Performance Leadership Programme is delivered through three stages: preparation, a five-day residential module, and post-programme follow-up.

Stage 1: Pre-programme preparation

Prepare to join

You will complete a 360 degree assessment and a range of psychometric tests. During the programme you will have this feedback explained, and have time to discuss this,1:1 with your coach.

Inform

Preparation to learn about your own leadership style. Be able to answer the question: are you aware of your own leadership style and the impact this has?

Stage 2: Residential module

Your five-day programme

The residential module addresses leadership at a personal, interpersonal and organisational level.

Transform

You will gain an indepth understanding of your personal leadership style and attributes - and learn how to best exploit these. You will appreciate the value of understanding others; and use this to build and lead high performance teams. And you will see leadership in the wider context  - as you develop your leadership insight and acquire knowledge, tools and strategies for effective decision-making.

Stage 3: Post-programme follow-up

Post-programme

After the programme we provide support to enable you to put your personalised action plan in place.
