A postgraduate masters level qualification programme in leadership

Following the success of this programme, the Oxford Diploma in Organisational Leadership will focus squarely on the reality of leadership in hard times.

Oxford Masters Level Diplomas

Launched in 2009, the Diploma in Organisational Leadership was the second in a series of open-enrolment qualifications designed to offer senior executives a strategic overview of management. The first of these programmes, the Diploma in Financial Strategy, was launched in 2006 and attracts senior finance professionals from across the world.

March 2011 saw the first intake of students for our newest programme - the Diploma in Global Business. Future masters-level diplomas will cover other aspects of the MBA curriculum, including marketing and operations management.
