Programme Architecture
The Saudi Oxford Programme for Education Leaders is built around three modules of one week each and between Module 2 and 3 participants will work on inter-module projects.
The key aim of the programme architecture is to provide an integrative and stimulating leadership development programme that develops and builds on participants’ leadership competence.
Modules 1 and 2
The first module takes an holistic view of institutional challenges and choices in transforming the school education system. The second module focuses on the personal development of education leaders. These two modules will be organised in Oxford.
Inter-module projects
Participants will work on group projects to design and implement transformation programmes as per an agreed schedule. Google Groups and the programme website will be used to facilitate coordination, supervision, research, report writing, presentation and implementation of these inter-module projects. All participants are given detailed expectation paper on the inter module projects.
Module 3
The third and the final module focuses on implementation and monitoring of transformation programmes. This module will be organised in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
